摘要: One of the most important emerging pathogens in aquaculture industry is Edwardsiella tarda, and it causes extensive losses farmed fish globally. The identification protective immunogens against E. tarda increasingly valued. We previously investigated 20 recombinant proteins 38 extracellular secretory identified 10 as a zebrafish model. Here, we clone remaining 18 genes, resulting are used for evaluation immune protection. ETAE_2147 (FliK), ETAE_0654 (PpdD), ETAE_3259 (DamX) immunogens. Furthermore, their protection mechanism explored by detection innate immunity genes encoding IL-1b, IL-6, IL-8, C3b, NF-κB. three stimulate to produce higher more lasting expression five than non-protective during first 48 h infection. In addition, these prone be regulated host products, which helpful cross-talk between pathogen, thus they become vaccine candidates. These results highlight way understand working mechanisms
