摘要: Novel dual curing silicones are terminated with acrylic functional dialkoxy or diaryloxy silyl groups. They prepared by condensation of a silanol silicone silane represented the formula ##STR1## where R 3 is alkyl aryl, 4 H C 1-5 and 5 alkylene, ratio to being between about 2.1 6.1. Compositions novel moisture cure catalysts, photoinitiators optionally up 70% trimethyl oils, both UV curable produce soft gel rubbery cured materials suitable for electronic potting applications.
