摘要: Finger systolic blood pressure (FSP) was measured indirectly in normal subjects and patients with primary Raynaud phenomenon by applying a thin-walled plastic cuff around the finger strain gauge more distally to detect volume changes. Inducing high vascular tone one or fingers direct cooling intra-arterial noradrenaline infusion caused marked drop FSP exposed fingers, but not non-exposed of same hand. The fact that retained (arm systolic) level is taken indicate palmar arch also remained normal.
