摘要: Isolated cauliflower (Brassica oleracea) bud plastids, purified by isopycnic centrifugation in density gradients of Percoll, were found to be highly intact, practically devoid extraplastidial contaminations, and retain all the enzymes involved fatty acid, phosphatidic monogalactosyldiacylglycerol synthesis. Purified plastids possess needed convert triose phosphate starch vice versa, are capable conversion glycerate 3-phosphate pyruvate for acid They also oxidation hexose via oxidative pentosephosphate pathway. Cauliflower prove be, therefore, biochemically very flexible organelles.
