摘要: Abstract The Doppler profiles of the Balmer-α emission by electron impact on HF have been investigated through varying energy using an etalon-grating monochromator with a high resolving power. spectral consist three components, which indicates that there are kinds precursors leading to H*(3) contributing emission. average kinetic is obtained for each component. From discussions and their dissociation processes, observed ascribed Rydberg states (≈18 eV), doubly excited (≈23 eV) inner shell (≈40 eV).
