摘要: Miniature enzyme electrodes sensitive to urea have been made with tip diameters ranging from 50 500μm by immobilizing the urease on of an antimony electrode. These give a linear response in concentration range 1.0×10−4-1.0×10−2M slope 40–45 mV per decade change concentration. The time these is less than 1 min and wash 1–2 min. This type electrode has minimum life 3 months.
