摘要: Aim To explore the expression and biological function of long intergenic non-protein coding RNA 1089 (LINC01089) in gastric cancer (GC) progression its underlying mechanism. Methods LINC01089 microRNA-27a-3p (miR-27a-3p) expressions were detected with quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR). Cell proliferation, migration invasion evaluated by Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8) Transwell assay. Epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT)-related proteins also measured Western blot. The relationship between miR-27a-3p was revealed a bioinformatics analysis dual-luciferase reporter Results significantly down-regulated GC tissues, as well cell lines. patients lower more likely to have poor outcomes. Overexpression suppressed cells growth, forbade EMT process. directly targeted at miR-27a-3p. transfection mimics reversed inhibitory effects on proliferative metastatic abilities overexpression. Conclusion inhibits proliferation metastasis targeting miR-27a-3p/EMT axis, which should be considered promising therapeutic target.
