摘要: The incidence of tuberculous disease is increasing all over the world, mostly in poor, developing countries, but also some industrialized countries. In Norway, extrapulmonary tuberculosis a rare phenomenon. It found among older Norwegians and younger immigrants from third world. Since rare, it may be overlooked or confused with malignant disease. We describe two patients unusual forms tuberculosis, both mimicking neoplastic first patient was 27-year-old woman South-East Asia, who operated on for suspected intraductal comedo-type carcinoma breast, histological examination showed mastitis. second 26-year-old man East Africa medical history indicating intra-abdominal lymphoma. final diagnosis, however, mesenteric lymphadenitis. Both were treated successfully isoniazid, rifampicin pyrazinamide.
