摘要: 1311 Objectives To present the first results on kinetic modelling of dynamic liver SPECT (DLS) acquired a dedicated small animal system. Methods We performed DLS under peritoneal anaesthesia in 5 healthy Sprague Dawley rats YAP-(S)PET Following intravenous injection mean activity 91±33MBq Tc-99m-mebrofenine, list mode acquisition 32 frames (4*30sec, 28*1min) was started. Arterial blood samples were collected to measure input function. A one-tissue compartment model applied fit hepatic tissue time curves derived from spherical VOI9s drawn tissue. Global k1 and k2 values, representing kinetics uptake thus hepatocellular function, estimated using PMOD software. Additionally, we calculated parametric images for k2. Results The global mean±SD values 0.48±0.16 0.14±0.03 ml/ccm/min, respectively. individual all are summarized below. obtained independent amount injected tracer. However, image quality improved substantially with radioactivity. Conclusions Pixelwise proved be feasible this study. influence anaesthesia, attenuation partial volume effect corrections as well bile excretion remain studied further experiments.
