Effets de la photopériode et du taux d'androgène circulant sur la fonction thyroïdienne du Canard

摘要: Resume La fonction thyroidienne a ete etudiee chez le canard mâle dans differentes conditions experimentales: (1) eclairement naturel (decembre); (2) + 14 jours de testosterone (10 mg/jour en i.m.); (3) “jours longs” (18L-6D); (4) 18L-6D mg/jour); (5) castration; (6) castration 18L-6D. entraine: (a) au niveau thyroidien, un accroissement la fixation du radioiode, et, parmi les amino-acides intra-thyroidiens, taux relatif radiothyroxine; (b) sanguin, radiothyroxine libre (Sephadex) secretee par thyroide, et demi-vie biologique ( t 1 2 ) radiothyroxine. L'administration effets opposes. semble done inhiber tout accelerant metabolisme peripherique des hormones thyroidiennes. Ces interrelations testo-thyroidiennes doivent etre prises consideration l'appreciation photoperiodes sur thyroidienne. Mais ont une action propre, mise evidence castrat, qui consiste essentiellement depression PB 125 I (Sephadex). Il s'y ajoute inhibition l'effet stimulant thyroxine. L'action propre d'une photoperiode ces experiences freinatrice thyroidienne, depit d'un effet lumiere thyreotrope hypophysaire signalee litterature.
