摘要: When the esca-associated fungi Phaeomoniella chlamydospora (Pch), Togninia minima (Tmi) and Fomitiporia mediterranea (Fme) were grown in liquid stationary cultures, it was seen that they able to live media containing resveratrol (RES) or tannic acid (TA) as sole carbon source convert both compounds. Particular attention is paid here detecting RES TA conversion. Pch, Tmi Fme partially inhibited by TA. produced extracellular tannase, laccase peroxidase enzymes agarized whether glucose present not. colonies of confronted, showed spatially temporally heterogeneous patterns activity. The results indicate non-synergistic, competitive association Pch inhibition growth. Muconic acid, a well-known intermediate large number lignin phenol oxidative processes, can partly completely inhibit lignolytic agent Fme, but tolerated Tmi. An explanation for wood pigmentation given.
