摘要: The process of swallowing or inserting illegal packets drugs for the purpose evading law enforcement officers carries risks other than criminal charges. It can be fatal. Individuals engaged in such activities are called "Body Packers" "Mules". most frequent cause death among body packers is acute drug intoxication due to rupture package(s) within gastrointestinal tract. We present first documented case a packer that died from cocaine following Western Pennsylvania.
