摘要: Growth factors are members of a large functional group polypeptide regulatory molecules that influence the biological activities responsive cells. In last decade, use variety growth as therapeutic agents to improve wound healing and viability ischemic skin flaps has aroused considerable interest. Here, we review literature concerning regulation in flap, role angiogenesis flap survival, effect on metabolism prefabrication maturation. The potential application gene therapies is also reviewed.
