摘要: The SOFC technology under development at Riso National Laboratory (RISO) and Topsoe Fuel Cell A/S (TOFC) is based on an integrated approach ranging from basic materials research single component level over of cell stack manufacturing to system studies modelling. effort also comprises extensive testing program. Systems design, test pursued by TOFC in collaboration with various partners. standard cells are thin robust dimensions 12 x cm2 stacks internal manifolding. Production being up-scaled continuously. durability the design has been tested for more than 13000 hours including nine full thermal cycles overall voltage degradation rate about 1% per 1000 hours. Recently, significantly reduced introduction improved materials. 75-cell 1+ kW power range have successfully. Stacks delivered a pre-reduced state partners successfully systems natural gas as fuel. consortium RISO extended program develop all way marketable product. Stack modelling cost optimisation analysis used multi modules operation temperature 700-850oC. To ensure emergence cost-competitive solutions, special focused larger anode-supported well new generation SOFCs porous metal supports electrode electrolyte next lower increased mechanical robustness order long-term competitiveness.
