摘要: A summary with the two main strategies followed in our group for efficient immobilization of lipase ordered mesoporous materials is presented here. In a first stage post-shynthesis approach was tested, electrostatic interactions acting as driving force that leads immobilization. To overcome limitations this method, an in-situ also consisting entrapment enzyme within inorganic matrix during own synthesis. The results show strategy possible and promising, but careful optimization process still required.
