摘要: According to the available data, environmental pollution is a serious problem all over world. Between 2015 and 2016, was responsible for approximately nine million deaths worldwide. They also include endocrine disrupting chemicals (EDCs) that can interfere with functioning of thyroid gland. are characterized by high persistence in environment. These substances enter body through gastrointestinal tract, respiratory system, as well contact skin overcome placental barrier. EDC be found food, water, personal care products. get into food from environment result their migration products cosmetics packaging. EDCs disrupt gland number mechanisms, including activation receptors expression genes related metabolism, synthesis, transport hormones (HT). There need strengthen safety policy aimed at use appropriate materials direct food. At same time, an important action reduce production waste and, when possible, biodegradable packaging, which may contribute improvement quality entire ecosystem health thus reducing risk developing diseases.
