摘要: The objective of this work was to study the thermo-magnetic properties sputtered R1-xCox amorphous alloys (R= Er, Tb, Sm). We have investigated a series thin film having high Curie temperature Tc (above room temperature), which rises with Co content. desired parameters were higher than in crystalline state and low macroscopic anisotropy. Samples been prepared by DC triode sputtering from different targets. All them then examined means X-ray diffraction for determining as-cast structure after each step annealing, Rutherford back scattering (RBS) thickness chemical composition. Magnetic measurements taken before annealing (up 400°C) at vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). These initially magnetically hard characterized biaxial anisotropy plane. Field allowed get both effects: first, reduction internal stresses caused deposition process; second, producing well-defined plane
