摘要: Abstract This paper reports the synthesis and characterization of water-soluble form 3-n-propyl(4-methylpyridinium) silsesquioxane chloride (Si4Pic+Cl−), which showed potential for application as a stabilizing agent gold nanoparticles (AuNP). Dispersed stable suspensions nanoparticles, with an average diameter 45 nm, were obtained. Carbon paste electrodes modified Si4Pic+Cl− constructed applied in detection quantification sulfite acidic medium. Under these conditions, sulfur is electroactive (sulfur dioxide) typical reduction peak at ca. −0.35 V (vs. SCE). Considering voltammetric signal sulfite, electrode AuNP (CPE/Au-Si4Pic+Cl−) electrocatalytic effect −0.20 V compared to bare electrode. In square-wave voltammetry analysis, under optimized experimental increased increasing concentration range 2.54 48.6 mg L−1. The calculated LOD LOQ values 0.88 2.68 mg L−1, respectively. proposed method was successfully white wine coconut water samples, no matrix effects noted. Validation performed through comparison results obtained by iodimetric titration. recovery tests, percentage varied from 98 103% (n = 3).
