摘要: Background Competent physicians occasionally make critical errors in patient care that can lead to long-lasting remorse and guilt. The perceived causes of self-admitted physician have not been previously explored. Methods Fifty-three family were interviewed depth asked describe their most memorable the causes. authors analyzed transcripts audiotaped interviews determine frequencies different Errors classified according four general categories.
