Adapt, Evolve, Innovate - The Key to ITS Success

摘要: Many “players” have been involved in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) for a long time, beginning earnest with the USDOT Vehicle Infrastructure Integration (VII) program. Each player has vision their role future of ITS. In recent years, declining economy and more conservative investments technology research, ITS landscape changed. Players had to adapt, evolve innovate stay relevant ever-changing puzzle. This paper presents story one such evolution.
