摘要: Macroglobulinemia is the presence of globulins high molecular weights (near one million) in abnormally concentrations blood serum. It generally accompanied by mucosa/ bleeding, blurring vision, lymphadenopathy, hepatosplenomegaly, and anemia. The dimness vision explained severe engorgement retinal vessels observed during examination fundus oculi. macroglobulinemia demonstrated methods protein analysis involving use ultracentrifuge. clinical laboratory findings four cases are given detail; patients were two men aged 50 76 women 58 68 years. This combination symptoms should be thought as a syndrome rather than disease. cause undetermined, no reliable treatment known, outcome case cannot predicted.
