摘要: Current research and practice reports indicate the existence of purchase barriers concerning eco-friendly products, e.g. wood products. These can be ascribed to consumers' mistrust regarding non-observable environmental impact To counter mistrust, products are commonly endowed with eco-labels, which may perceived mostly as a marketing tool, therefore not fulfilling their intended purpose. studies have shown that providing consumers product information based on traceability systems increases trust intentions, those items most valued by being identified well. Based this, paper proposes system for capturing, processing, provision using examples furniture. Furthermore, cost-benefit model proposed solution is developed. The calculations possibility implementing at item level four-layer architecture enabling capture delivery all acceptable costs. helps overcome increasing intentions.
