摘要: Abstract Objectives Sphingosine 1-phosphate (S1P) is carried in plasma by the HDL particles and albumin. It mediates several protective functions of HDL. Because its barrier-enhancing effect, it has attracted attention diseases associated with endothelial dysfunction. We examined impact circulating levels S1P diabetic nephropathy together apoprotein M, a S1P-binding protein Plasma dimethylarginines were evaluated this context. Design methods Patients type 2 diabetes mellitus divided into three groups according to daily albumin excretion: normoalbuminuria, microalbuminuria macroalbuminuria (n = 30 each). In addition routine analysis, apo M measured using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays. Asymmetric dimethylarginine (ADMA), symmetric (SDMA) l -arginine determined HPLC. Tukey's or Mann–Whitney U-test was used for statistics. Results showed significant decline parallel kidney The highest significance detected macroalbuminuric group. Although increase SDMA albuminuric observed, ADMA similar between groups. Conclusion Low seemed be nephropathy. main reason decreased our patients seems severe urinary loss due may adversely affect integrity barrier function, thus causing vicious circle.
