摘要: The gap gene system of Drosophila melanogaster, part the segmentation network, is one most well-studied developmental networks. It an ideal for benchmarking performance network inference algorithms because wealth and variety data available established knowledge regulatory relationships controlling system. We describe three recent efforts to fit wild-type spatiotemporal expression data, identify between genes de novo.
