摘要: Complete detachment of the glenoid labrum from superior pole glenoid, which is associated with a destabilization origin long biceps tendon, leads to altered function in shoulder joint. This especially noticeable when used overhead activities. Two operative techniques are described for reattachment glenoid. In first six patients was reattached small cannulated titanium screws. five these screws were inserted under arthroscopic control cranial direction.
