摘要: Abstract A model of an individual's response to a drug is formulated first. This based on interaction between applied dosage the and active inactive receptor sites in body. Next, population such individuals considered. These are divided among nonusers (susceptibles), users, removed through treatment cure, disenchantment, etc. Recruitment susceptibles use assumed occur contact with effectiveness recruitment (of infectiousness) depends age user. The solely user's drug, it shown that when certain combination susceptible size, individual susceptibility, infectiousness does not exceed critical threshold value, there will be only few users. But value exceeded, epidemic ensues.
