摘要: Publisher Summary Social ontogeny is described as one component of the general process that refers explicitly and only to development an individual. It deals more specifically with behaviors cognitive abilities necessary for individual live in organized social milieu. Because these aspects occur within a group, results complex interplay between maturational factors, other genetic environmental influences, especially those partners. Everyone group participates certain way new member. This chapter discusses different approaches were are still used deal issue development. Some purely descriptive, univariate approach, whereas others attempt determine interactive development, such index approach. Different multivariate also presented attempts influences some variables. These exemplified studies on gray-cheeked mangabeys rhesus macaques. They mainly considered two fundamental processes ontogeny: (1) building behavioral repertoire (2) network relationships.
