摘要: The prognosis of a patient with stomach cancer is determined above all else by the completeness its surgical resection; few, if any, patients will survive 5 years unless has been removed. use prognostic criteria either preoperatively or after resection, to help predict outcome apparently curative surgery. These include site primary tumour, duration symptoms, histological features, staging and lymph node metastases, monitoring tumour products. Neither age nor sex shown influence prognosis, race considered later when comparing Japanese Western survival data.
