摘要: OBJECTIVE Para-aortic lymphadenectomy was the cornerstone of gynecologic oncology surgery. In endometrial cancer, quality para-aortic had direct impact on survival patient. The launch robot assisted laparoscopy started in 2005 France, and 2008 a transperitoneal described [1]. With increase robots, became more popular, hence need video tutorial to help less experienced surgeon this surgical procedure [2]. METHODS We proposed description 10 key steps, by (Da Vinci® Si or Xi Robot Surgical System; Intuitive Inc., Sunnyvale, CA, USA), without other procedure. RESULTS steps are: Step 1: port placement Da Vinci positioning 2: identification right ureter 3: left renal vein 4: latero-caval aorto-caval lymph nodes dissection 5: 6: creation peritoneal tent 7: inferior mesenteric artery 8: latero-aortal 9: pre-sacral 10: extraction bags with specimen textile. CONCLUSION A standardization robot-assisted is basis teaching learning process. Also it increases surgery, consequently decreases risk complications.
