摘要: Abstract Objective To evaluate histopathological alterations of the liver and kidney female rats exposed to low doses DM its potential genotoxic activity. Methods Female Wistar were randomly assigned control (3 groups, 6 in each) treatment groups each). They subjected subcutaneous injections (at 0.003, 0.03, 0.3 mg/kg bw/d) after 30, 45, 60 d, respectively. Results Significant recorded parenchyma induced by hepatic vacuolization, fragmented chromatin nuclei, dilatation sinusoids congestions. Lesions within proximal distal tubules observed kidneys. Tissue congestions severe glomeruli visible. as a pyrethroid insecticide significant increase (P≤0.05) plasma MDA concentrations 45 d. A ALT (after d) AST was compared controls. During whole experimental period toxic agent provoked DNA damages (P≤0.05), especially dominance classes 3 4 obtained comet. Conclusion even at very dose displays harmful effects disrupting renal function causing puberscent rats. Low are hepatotoxic nephrotoxic.
