摘要: Conventionally, we think of an increase in competition as weakly decreasing prices, increasing the number consumers served, thus consumer surplus, firms profits, etc. Here, demonstrate that, under some tame circumstances, may lead to a price horizontally differentiated market. We show this relationship for petrol market German cities.
