摘要: Conjugative plasmids in bacteria bring about the transfer of DNA by cell contact between a donor and recipient (250). Naturally occurring conjugative themselves. Furthermore, many cases they can also (mobilize) chromosomal or nonconjugative plasmids. Thus, mobilization, as we define it, is process which plasmid accomplishes that not self-transmissible.
