摘要: Introduction Lumbar spinal stenosis (LSS) treatment is based primarily on the clinical criteria providing that imaging confirms radiological stenosis. The measurement more commonly used dural sac cross-sectional area (DSCA). It has been recently shown grading morphology of as seen axial T2 MRI images, better reflects severity than DSCA and prognostic value. This prospective study investigates variability surface measurements morphological for varying degrees angulation images relative to disc space observed in practice.
