摘要: Abstract A simple model is presented to assess the thermal performance of a cement industry with an integrated view improve productivity plant. The developed on basis mass, energy and exergy balance applied existing Portland in Indonesia. data obtained from show that burning efficiency second law kiln system are 52.07% 57.07% respectively. Cooler heat recovery 47.75% 51.2% unaccounted loss at was found be 1.85% cooler 19%. high mainly due convection radiation losses uninsulated cooler. Irreversibility about 20%, which conversion chemical energy. conservation opportunities identified. This study by replacing industrial diesel oil (IDO) waste exhaust for drying raw meal fuel, preheating combustion air, Indonesia can save 1.264 × 105 US dollars per year.
