摘要: Injection molding (IM) is a manufacturing process that produces polymeric parts by injecting molten thermoplastic polymer into mold cavity. It mainly fabricates geometrically complicated with dimensional accuracy. In this paper, injection of carbon fiber composite automotive wheels complex shape was investigated numerically. Insert also considered to reduce the deformation part. conditions were determined based on simulation results such as filling time, mechanical property, and warpage for wheels.
