摘要: Roselle (Hibiscus sabdariffa L.) also called roselle fruit or flower of jamaica is a plant used in the traditional medicine due to its wealth bioactive compounds. These compounds confer beneficial health benefits on it aqueous infusions prepared with blossoms flower. In present study, we determined antioxidant activity 64 varieties and quantified following compound contents: phenolic; monomeric anthocyanins, ascorbic acid.
