摘要: A wide range of Doppler threshold values for carotid stenosis is found in the literature. We undertook this study to compare methods derivation and determine if an optimum strategy selection exists a high-risk population.From sonograms all patent internal arteries, peak systolic velocity artery (ICA(PSV)) ratio that common (ICA(PSV)/ CCA(PSV)) were compared with percentage angiographically determined stenosis. Receiver operating characteristic curves generated levels > or =60% =70%. thresholds chosen on basis maximum accuracy =90% sensitivity specificity.
