摘要: Abstract A double-scan-head was developed combining two pairs of galvo-mirrors into one device. One pair controls the laser beam's position, while other in this setup is used for a pyrometer. Thus, pyrometer's optical path can be controlled independently from laser's as well being locked to same geometrical during CFRP processing. Using such double-scan-head, comparison between pyrometry and independent scanning performed multi-pass cutting on multiple geometries. Carbon fibre reinforced epoxy PPS are cut with pre-selected threshold surface temperatures ranging T = 80-120 °C interrupt optimise process order reduce material's thermal strain. Both compared based total processing time, heat affected zone, influence orientation. The study shows allows improved monitoring strategies leading towards more efficient material terms quality time.
