Rare earth anthracenedicarboxylate metal–organic frameworks: slow relaxation of magnetization of Nd3+, Gd3+, Dy3+, Er3+ and Yb3+ based materials

摘要: We have synthesized a new family of metal–organic-frameworks (MOFs) based on 9,10-anthracenedicarboxylate linker. report the formation lanthanide-based MOFs using soft solvothermal routes with dimethylformamide as solvent. These materials display intense photoluminescence properties in solid state at room temperature. What is more interesting is, some them exhibit slow relaxation magnetization activation barriers 22.9, 15.4, 52.7, 13.0 and 16.2 K for Nd3+, Gd3+, Dy3+, Er3+ Yb3+, respectively. To best our knowledge, Nd3+ Yb3+ are first examples 3D- 2D-MOFs, respectively, that show magnetization.
