摘要: Due to their small area and shallow depth ponds are usually treated as a single sampling unit, while various microhabitats offer different environmental conditions. Thus, we tested the effect of habitat types typically found within on microalgae zooplankton communities. We that submerged macrophytes have strongest impact communities out all analysed habitats. Some epontic diatoms (e.g. Fragilaria dilatata, Cymbella affinis) littoral-associated species Simocephalus vetulus, Lecane bulla) were significantly related elodeids. However, pelagic bosminids) preferred less complex helophytes, which suggests most heterogeneous elodeid habitats not an anti-predator shelter for cladocerans. Selection macrophyte by taxonomically organisms it is only cover desired healthy aquatic environment but level mosaic required ensure well-being food webs. Species-specific preferences indicate high ecological value in potential direction management water bodies towards maintaining great variation plants. Moreover, type surrounding landscape, reflecting human-induced disturbance (28 field ponds) natural catchment (26 forest ponds), influenced zooplankton, affected indirectly through conductivity. Nutrient overload (higher content TRP) increased conductivity landscape contributed rise Amphora pediculus, Gomphonema parvulum) Thermocyclops oithonoides, Eubosmina coregoni) abundance. An awareness responses both components plankton factors necessary good state landscape.
