Controlled trial of clofibrate in cerebral vascular disease

摘要: Abstract A controlled trial of Clofibrate in 95 patients with established cerebral vascular disease is described. The level serum cholesterol significantly lowered on treatment compared control patients. There no evidence to indicate that lowering the has affected either incidence further episodes ischaemia or mortality rate.
