摘要: In the quest for both enhanced local democracy (Aulich 2009) and increased economic prosperity founded in 'place-based' policy-making (Lyons 2007), community engagement has become an established technique of Australian government planning decision-making. While several commentators have considered normative validity strategies (see, example, Grant Dollery 2011) others conducted detailed studies particular jurisdictional contexts (Prior Herriman 2010; Wiseman 2006), to date a comparative study different systems not been forthcoming.
