摘要: Retained calculi in the common duct after cholecystectomy and/or exploration occur with an mcidence of 1 .6%-7% [1 ]. Percutaneous basket extraction such is accepted alternative to surgery first described by Burhenne [2]. However, large review series reveal has a failure rate 9%-i 4% requiring reoperation [3, 4]. Another nonsurgical endoscopic papilbotomy, but this procedure recognized complications, including death [5, 6]. We describe case which percutaneous balloon dilatation papilla enabled expulsion stone into duodenum unsuccessful attempts at extraction. Case Report
