摘要: The spectral kinetic parameters of the triplet state 3,3"-diethylthiacarbocyanine iodide (DTCI) in presence DNA were studied by pulse photolysis. formation DTCI complexes with increases quantum yield dye. Analysis absorption spectra ground and states at different concentrations a solution indicates existence two types complexes. Complex decreases substantially quenching rate constant dye dioxygen.
