Homogeneous Bi1−xSbx single crystals of high bismuth content (0 < x 0.04) are prepared by gradual crystallization in a quartz mould containing crystal seed which provides for the orientation crystal. The distribution alloying element is investigated, and concentration behaviour compared with existing model conceptions. quality estimated comparing relaxation times electrons mould-grown those obtained zone melting. orientations crystallographic axes relatively to geometry examined means X-ray methods.
