摘要: Despite the use of general anaesthetics for well over a century, mechanism(s) action these drugs on nervous system that explains their behavioural effects has yet to be elucidated. What is molecular site(s) and in brain cause amnesia block response painful stimuli? An understanding this could ultimately lead improved with fewer side effects. In addition, how widely used interfere neuronal function may also novel insight into many physiological pathophysiological processes.
