Functional finishes of stretch cotton fabrics

摘要: Abstract Functionalized cotton cellulose/spandex woven fabrics with different structures namely plain (1/1), twill (2/2) and satin were produced. Factors affecting the imparted functional properties such as weave structure constituents of finishing formulations including ether or ester cross-linker catalyst type, silicone-micro-emulsion, water/oil repellent, Ag-NP,s TiO2-NP,s studied. The treated found to have easy care property together one more soft-handle, repellence, antibacterial, UV-protection self cleaning. effectiveness is not seriously affected even after 10 washing cycles. Surface modifications well composition certain samples confirmed by SEM images EDX spectra. Mode interactions was also suggested.
