摘要: The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of food wastes compost (FWC) and its non-aerated fermented extract (NFCE) on seed germination and growth tomato (Solanum lycopersicum L.), watercress (Nasturtium officinale), chili pepper (Capsicum annuum), peas (Pisum sativum chickpea (Cicer arietinum) beans (Vicia faba) under greenhouse conditions. FWC NFCE were physico-chemically microbiologically characterized. evaluated tomato, watercress, chili pepper seeds seedling growth. However, for leguminous, pea, chickpea bean seedlings, amended soils irrigated with were tested plants results analyses revealed that has neutral pH, low EC C/N ratio, fertilizing elements (N, P, K Mg) lack phytotoxic effect. was characterized by relatively high carbon content (COD = 9700 mg/l), and intense microbial activity, notably mesophilic bacteria. Therefore, in fermented compost extract, bacteria increased 225, yeasts 25 and molds 10 times compared those investigated compost. In greenhouse, the diluted significantly (p< 0.05) tested seedlings. Used alone, soil or soil, improved of tested use by fermented decreased same experimented a suitable substrate studied seeds.
