摘要: Purpose. To investigate clinometric properties of an Anglo-Dutch spasticity measurement tool (ADSMT), objective providing information about both neurophysiological and biomechanical aspects the wrist joint in clinical setting. Method. ADSMT measurements were performed with 12 healthy 11 participants post-stroke spasticity, consisted assessing maximum range passive movement (pROM) extension at different cycle rates. Outcome measures angle, flexor extensor activation, resistance to movement. Intra-class Correlation Coefficients (ICCs) calculated for inter-rater test-retest reliability. Validity was investigated by calculating Spearman's rho between outcome Modified Ashworth Scale (n = 12), Action Research Arm Test 6), a validated rig 6). Results. Impaired had higher activity during compared unimpaired participants. For all reliability satisfactory good concurrent validity sufficient. Conclusions. related are promising assessment using ADSMT. Further knowledge on reference values practicality is necessary this become incorporated
