摘要: The concentration of dimethoate in post-harvest dips needs to be maintained at 400 or 500 mg litre−1 ensure that fruit fly are killed and also keep residue levels below the MRL. A field unit which contains a colorimeter, heating block cooling positions has been evaluated. diluted dip sample produces colour with 4-(p-nitrobenzyl)pyridine after addition tetraethylenepentamine. Precision was acceptable for test (repeatability ± 10.1%) there reasonable agreement between determinations made on by an HPLC method range concentrations from 300 700 litre−1. can used site analysis is completed 30 minutes.
